Well today things have become much clearer as after News of the World published the photos over the weekend things have come to the conclusion that she is the one in the photo.

What happen was on June 1st Minnillo found herself the center of some unwanted attention after photos surfaced, these were taken on June 16th, 2006 in NYC after a night of partying at NYC club Bungalow 8 (as reported by Us Weekly magazine).

The magazine claims that the photos were stolen from LindsayÕs camera and show Lindsay Lohan engaging in bizarre and dangerous acts of knife play.

Photographs of Lindsay Lohan and a friend holding knives to each otherÕs throats were released yesterday. No one knew who the mystery girl with Lohan was, until now. The girl happens to be Nick LacheyÕs girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo. The two were holding knives in dangerous ways and one picture was even taken of Minnillo pulling down LindsayÕs shirt and pointing a knife at her chest.

At first it was believed that the pictures were taken this year, right before Lohan went to Promises rehab center after being charged with a DUI. Now the photos were reportedly taken last year in June 2006 after a night of partying in New York at the Bungalow 8.

News of the World published the photos over the weekend and for about 36 hours it was unclear if that was just Vanessa's twin or actually Vanessa in the photos. Now it is reported that she is the one.
