Stefani Schaeffer Wins The Apprentice job

Stefani Schaeffer Wins The Apprentice job

After a grueling thirteen-week interview process, conducted in front of Donald Trump, along with the rest of the nation, the four finalists of The Apprentice were whittled down to one, as Stefani Schaeffer was hired by Trump at the conclusion of the reality show's sixth season. Stefani Schaeffer managed to beat out James Sun in the final firing session, after fellow finalists Nicole D'Ambrosio and Frank Lombardi were both chopped from the show. Stefani Schaeffer, the 32-year-old corporate lawyer from California, took home the title of The Apprentice Sunday night during a live finale broadcast from the Hollywood Bowl.

Donald Trump selected the 32-year-old Schaeffer over 29-year-old James Sun, an Internet entrepreneur from Seattle, during the season finale of The Apprentice: Los Angeles on Sunday night. The shows viewers were kept in suspense until the final minute, when Donald Trump offered up his trademark lines. "James, you're fired. Stefani, you're hired," said Trump, thereby ending the sixth season of his popular reality TV series. Schaeffer had been cool under pressure as she made her final pitch to the real-estate mogul turned reality TV star. "I was never under fire in the boardroom," Schaeffer told Donald Trump. The Associated Press carried Schaeffer's comments as she said, "Not once did you ever see me brought back by any team members, nor did you ever hear a negative word spoken about me from day one of this process." That pitch seemed to win over Donald Trump, as he replied, "That's largely true."
